Find the right page for the job you are doing right now — sign in, sell, receive stock, transfer stock, manage customers, run reports, recover from an error, or escalate to Support.

Conventions used here
- Menu names appear in bold, for example Receive Stock.
- Buttons appear in bold with capital letters, for example Save.
- Numbered steps are the shortest path. If you can complete the task without all of them, skip ahead and tell Support what you did instead.
- Expected result tells you what success looks like. If you do not see that result, follow the Edge cases section before raising a ticket.
- Edge cases are the things that most often go wrong, with plain-language fixes.
Problem this guide solves
You need to complete a job in Lyt-ning without memorising menus and without leaving the counter unattended. Each page answers one question: "How do I…?" If a question is not here yet, tell Support — every ticket helps us add the next page.
